Mentoring Europe, a collective of mentoring professionals and academics to promote evidence based mentoring policies in Europe, published a policy paper encouraging the European decision makers to lead the mentoring field. The paper argues that mentoring is a cost-effective tool that helps build inclusive societies and tackles major topics of the EU Agenda. The EU should be a leader in the developement of mentoring to guarantee the access to mentoring (as a mentor or a mentee) to any European citizen who’s interested/in need.
