The team
In 2012, Frédéric Simonart and Matthieu Le Grelle, two friends concerned by the issue of social cohesion, join forces, together they refine their mentoring project and define a methodology that will become the backbone of the association.
Today, DUO for a JOB relies on the skills of several permanent teams spread over different branches in Belgium, but also in France and in the Netherlands. Diversity in its broadest sense and within its own teams is essential for the organisation and all of its employees, in their own way, provide the duos with support on the road to success!
