Mentoring Belgium: The first national coalition for mentoring

7 organizations - Apides, CIMB Wapi, DUO for a JOB, DUO for a JOB, FMDO, MentorYou, Randstad RiseSmart and Team4Job - join forces to structure and promote the mentoring sector. Mentoring Belgium wants to occupy a central place in the current debates on getting back to work.

1 out of 10 supported young people say they are discriminated against on the job market.

Among the 7,800 young people with an immigration background interviewed by DUO for a JOB since the creation of its mentoring program, 1 in 10 young people say they are discriminated against on the job market. A figure that is however far from reality.
