E.Y.M.B. — Empowering Youth with Migration Background
Project description: DUO for a JOB connects young job seekers with an immigration background (mentees) with experienced people aged 50 and over (mentors). Through individual mentoring, these mentors support young people in their socio-professional journey, helping them develop skills, expand their network and access employment opportunities. The project aims to support 2,500 young people in several European countries by strengthening mentoring programs and by launching new branches in France, the Netherlands and Spain.

IMAJIS — Mentoring Initiative for the Support of Young People in Socioprofessional Integration
Project description: DUO for a JOB brings young job seekers from immigration (mentees) into contact with experienced people over 50 (mentors), so that the latter can support young people in their socio-professional project. Thanks to the support of the European Union, this project made it possible to support 174 young people in Wallonia between 2022 and 2025.

All Inclusive
Project description: Entrepreneurs face numerous challenges, such as supporting employees with health conditions, managing diverse teams, and implementing integration policies... These complex challenges require a multidisciplinary approach. In collaboration with three employers' organizations (UNIZO, VOKA, VERSO) and partners such as Acerta, IDEWE, DUO for a JOB, Emino and The Shift, All Inclusive offers tailor-made solutions for inclusion in the workplace. All Inclusive focuses on job seekers and vulnerable employees, with the aim of transforming inclusion and diversity into strengths and opportunities for businesses. Through sustainable change processes, we ensure culture change and inclusive entrepreneurship in the workplace.

Mentoring for young job seekers

Description: DUO for a JOB brings young job seekers from immigration (mentees) into contact with experienced people over 50 (mentors), who will volunteer to support young people in the definition and implementation of their professional project. The objective of this project is to support 400 young people from Brussels each year, between 2025 and 2028.

Gent Verbindt

Description: Gent Verbindt is an action plan funded by the European Union to stimulate the social participation of newcomers. The city of Ghent, Amal and 5 enthusiastic partners: De Centrale, Compagnie Cordial, Een Hart Voor Vluchtelingen, Een Hart Voor Vluchtelingen, Sportaround, and DUO for a JOB are working together on actions that give newcomers to Ghent the chance to build a social network and participate in society.
