    Our goals and priorities

    Drawing on real field experience, we have developed our expertise and believe it is our responsibility to use it to bear witness and to broadcast the voice of those we accompany at the local, national and international level. As a priority, we wish to:

    • Raise awareness of the benefits of diversity through the media and social networks
    • Promote partnerships and collective work with charitable and trade union organisations
    • Provide input to political representatives and plead for the implementation of recommendations
    • Share our findings and ideas for action with public bodies
    • Support employers in implementing positive diversity management
    • Collaborate with the academic sector and research organisations




    Whether it is developing our own experience reports, studies, surveys, etc. or contributing to academic publications, DUO for a JOB draws on its experience to build and share its expertise.




    DUO for a JOB regularly organises communication campaigns and awareness-raising activities on the ground and in the media.





    Telling stories, whisper confidences, pass on experiences, provide ideas and share solutions .. DUO for a Job takes (or gives) the floor and sits in your earphones!





    Round tables, webinars, conferences or forums are all opportunities for DUO for a JOB to exchange and share experiences, good practice and recommendations.
