Our goals and priorities
Building on solid experience in the field and real expertise, we believe that it is our responsibility to use this expertise to testify and:
- Raise awareness among the general public through resolutely positive communication in the media and social networks
- Promote partnerships and collective work with associative organizations and unions
- Share our findings and courses of action with public bodies
- Support employers in the implementation of positive management of diversity
- Collaborate with the academic sector and research organizations
- Contribute to parliamentary work in order that our recommendations be transposed at the legislative and regulatory level
