‘DUO for a JOB’ matches young migrants with mentors to help them find work: “There are many prejudices on the labour market”

At DUO for a JOB in Borgerhout, young people with a migrant background are paired with experienced mentors to help them find a job more easily. According to the non-profit organisation, migrants in Antwerp have a 17% lower chance during recruitment processes. That is why they are launching the “Who is it?” campaign, aimed at raising awareness about discrimination against jobseekers.
