 A true pioneer in social innovation, the partnership between Actiris and DUO for a JOB began in 2014 as part of Europe's first Social Impact Bond, scientifically proving the effectiveness of mentoring.
This agile cooperation between the public sector and social innovation became a structural partnership in 2019, proving that together, we can build a more inclusive job market.
 A Perfect Synergy on the Ground
Socio-professional integration is a team effort. While general support lays the groundwork, mentoring provides individualized follow-up and direct access to the world of work.
This complementary approach offers the right solution at the right time, with a major impact for vulnerable groups (young people from immigrant backgrounds, refugees, long-term unemployed, etc.): 7 out of 10 job seekers find a job or training thanks to their mentor.
