“You understood me, sometimes even without me talking to you”
😍 Florence and Joëlle, a magical duo straight from Charleroi: Joëlle was looking for her way and wanted to start training in a profession that was promising on the job market, a job that she also wanted to be meaningful, in line with her love of people. 🏥 Quickly, the profession of Caregiver emerged from discussions in duo.
Everything then followed one another for Joëlle, with the unwavering support and encouragement of Florence: a boost from FOREM, contacts with schools, passing the entrance exam, and finally: the last place in training in her pocket, since September. 🎓 When the duo was closing, 6 months later, Joëlle completed her first internship in a nursing home and acquired a very pleasant serenity.
For Florence, it is a great source of pride and for Joëlle, a great recognition:
