DUO for a JOB is an association that offers a intergenerational mentoring program aimed at promotingequal opportunities on the job market for young people with an immigration background, but also at value the experience of our seniors and thus contribute to a fairer and more united society.
What is Duo for a Job?
A free mentoring program
a young person looking for work and a mentor In pairs for 6 months (1 appointment per week) supervised by a coordinator.
An intergenerational encounter
Who favors the transmitting, listening and exchange and which allows deconstructing prejudices.
